Salam Alaikum friends!  I hope you all are well.  Today’s Blog is very important.  We have to understand whether our gastric problem is the problem of our stomach.  Gastritis, or any stomach problem, is related to our Anxiety, or to our Depression or to our mental problems.  It is disturbing.  Or all these things happen due to stomach disturbance.  This question is very important, if you understand this question it took me a long time to understand this question honestly it took a long time.  It took a lot of time, and after a long time, I found out that most of the brain’s connection is with our mind, with our brain And With our stomach.  It happens in our stomach.This happens throughout our gut system.  This gut system of ours is called second brain.  Meaning if there are disturbances, there is disturbance. You will often notice that when you eat something good, your mood becomes very good.  Anything that has become your favorite makes you feel better when you eat it.  But it happens that sometimes you are depressed, you are in trouble, you are in anxiety, no matter how good you eat, your heart will not be able to eat well.  Whenever you have eaten, that food will stick like this, it will stick here, you will feel like I am going to vomit.  I feel nauseous now.  Something is going to come out.  Something is stuck here.  Like something is stuck here.  Because of this we will panic and because of this we will have panic attacks.  Due to this our heart beat will be faster.  IBS(Irritable bowel syndrome) is related to our anxiety, loose motion is related to our anxiety, constipation is related to our anxiety, stomach pain is related to our anxiety, if we get a stomach ache we will be anxious.  If we are worried, we will get stomach ache. If we are worried, our breathing will stop, breathing stopped, if we are worried, our heart will beat faster. If our heart beats fast, we will become anxious.  Related to our entire over-all system in our body is a hormone called serotonin, which is known as the neurotransmitter of happiness.  Our video is made for more information you can check the video.  What is not 90% is found in our gut brain.  Means is found in our stomach in our second brain.  A hormone that makes us feel anxious, the level of anxiety increases in our body when we are anxious.  This is called cortisol.  Cortisol is produced in our liver.  Top up Our liver is called endocrine.  It is found in the endocrine glands, from where it is secreted, and because of its secretion, we become disturbed.  If there is too much anxiety, there is too much discharge.  Now our question is very clear that our mind is related to our stomach and our stomach is related to our mind.  It means that whatever is damaged by the mutual understanding of both will happen.  This means that you cannot heal yourself mentally.  And your stomach is disturbed.  If you have an upset stomach, if you have loose motions, your minerals will leave your body.  If there is a lot of urination, your electrolysis body will leave.  You have to understand that you have problems, like I used to think I had a lot of IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome).  Loss motion had to be faced.  Stomach pain was experienced.  I used to go to different doctors and I thought that is my psychotic issue but at the end of the day I realized that it is my stomach problem.  I came into all these things because of my stomach issue disturbance.  I was worried since childhood.  I was just thinking about it.  One thing from childhood is worry, and worry I think is a good thing.  Being worried it’s a good thing but being worried is a bad thing.  Worrying happens because of our own habits. Anxiety naturally lasts for a few minutes.  May it not happen again.  If done, it will be done.  It happened, but it upset our stomach.  Disturbed our stomach disturbed our sleep.  But to make the mind positive you have to make the mind positive.  And if in the consequences of that what will be disturbed will be your stomach.  If you do not eat well, your stomach will be disturbed.  We have to eat something good and think positively.  There is work to be done here and there is work to be done here too.

  Both have to work.  If we work on both, we will come out of this thing.  For this you need mind programming.  For this you need stomach programming and brain programming.  And for stomach programming, let’s first see what we should avoid.  What are the things that disturb our stomach, our mind, our overall things.  The first thing is that we are breaking away from the nature that we are.  Our routines, our routines are the major cause. Don’t think that you can fix it by ignoring these things.  Its about more than 70 percent of your routines your routines are 70 percent of your  Thirty percent is your mind program. These are the things that I have seen on my own.  Our routines are much worse. No routine to sleep, no routine to get up, no routine to eat, eat when you want.  He ate whatever he wanted, he ate it if he found it, he ate it if he didn’t find it, he ate it after ordering it, he ate it in no time.  Ate for no reason.  Eating for no reason, no walking, no exercise, not consuming whole foods, not having proper water intake, smoking too much, consuming alcohol, worrying, worrying for no reason, being worry free.  Being upset for some reason.  Oily foods, market foods and such foods that damage our gut.  And one important thing in our Pakistan India and Middle East, a problem that is very common is called helicobacter pylori H pylori is a bacteria.  90% more than 90% of us have this problem which causes gastrointestinal problems.  Again you can manage this thing.  Whenever you reduce your acidic food intake, your problem will balance out.  Will be managed.  I also have H-pylori but despite all this if you talk about complete treatment or whatever you do it will give you temporary relief.  Again management will have to come.  You’ll have to hit your tongue for a while on this sip.  These are the reasons why it happens. Now we should not eat such foods, what bad things we should not eat, which will disturb this stomach of ours.  If stomach is disturbed then we are disturbed, if we are disturbed then our whole system is disturbed.  Number one, stop drinking tea.  Stop drinking coffee.  It is a misconception that we are taking decaffeinated coffee.  The decaffeinated tea we’re taking is nothing. Whatever you’re taking is increasing the acidity of your stomach.  You can have green tea in it.  You can take lemon grass tea.  Reduce the consumption of wheat, rather I say reduce the consumption of wheat so much that at one time you only have bread in your food.  We are so used to it that it will be very difficult for us.  Skip the milk too.  Because milk contains lactose and lactose spoils our stomach.  Sour curd is not good for us.  People who have starch problems can use sweet curd instead of sour curd.  Reduce the use of lemon, a little bit, curd, sour curd, not too sour, slightly sour.  Because I will tell you the use of curd in advance.  Reduce the consumption of lemon.  Reduce tomato consumption.  Do not use bottles.  Reduce consumption of oily foods.  Do not use market foods.  Do not use noddle’s.  You should avoid using all these things like pizza, burger, Sharma. Minimize consumption of carbohydrates that contain sugar.  Refine carbohydrates that contain refined carbohydrates include flour, your burgers, etc. Minimize the amount of sugar you consume.  These things, you don’t use sugar at all, these things you have to avoid.  Now what things we have to take will be discussed now.  Now we have to consume food that is reaching fibers.  Consuming fiber is very good for our stomach.  Which includes apple, banana, grape, pomegranate, pomegranate People who have stomach problem, if you eat pomegranate after meal, it improves your stomach a lot.  It even reduces acidity etc.  Use barrage, use guava and use berries, berries being the most common.  You can find plums in every market.  What are the vegetables that give us fiber and are good for our stomach?  Which has chickpeas, cabbage, broccoli, radish, carrot, green leafy vegetables or salad.  We should consume good protein.  We should consume good protein.  A good protein is beef.  Have mutton, have chicken, start using desi chicken.  Start using local eggs.

Probiotics are very important for us.  Good probiotics increase the number of good bacteria in our gastrointestinal system.  And through good probiotics, include yogurt and cheese in your diet.  Curd should not be too sour.  Avoid sour yogurt.  Again wheat is not good for stomach.  For milk, instead of milk you can use coco milk. And you can use almond milk. What to do for coco milk, you have to take a small piece of coconut, fresh coconut which is available in the market, put it in water for a while.  Then add a full glass of water in the same water.  Make it grand.  And after grading you blend it for a while.  And drink it after blending.  Similarly take 12 almonds.  Soak it in water for a while.  Then pour a glass of water in it.  Then blend it in a glass of water and use it.  So much good for you.  Use mint, use fennel, use mint water.  How is mint water made, how is it made The recipe for mint water is very simple.  And to make mint water you have to take twenty mint leaves.  Ten coriander leaves are to be taken.  Take 20 mint leaves.  Ten coriander leaves are to be taken.  You have to take two handfuls of pomegranate seeds.  This is the best recipe, I have tried it on myself.  It improved my stomach a lot.  After that you have to add two glasses of water in it.  Add a little black salt to it.  Add a little black salt to it according to your taste, make it and keep it until it becomes a glass, drink it little by little.  In the same way, you can also make lemon water.  But you have to add about two and a half glasses of water in it.  Add a little salt, add a little black salt.  Add a little mint to it.  And keep it as well.  Take this also in small amounts.  Your body’s electrolytes, which contain sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium, Use Serotonin Rich Food are things you don’t get from a lot of plain water.  This will give you a big rush.  And another thing is to use ispghol daily.  These are the things you have to do every day. Now what is their complete solution?  You have to see these solutions too.  First of all, make walking your routine.  Make walking your habit.  Walk is very much related here.  The more we walk the more it will fit.  Number two, develop your own sleeping patterns so that you don’t fall asleep when your heart desires and fall asleep when you want.  Brother, this is not a concept of will, here you should go according to proper nature.  Nature says, sleep early and wake up early.  After sunset you start preparing for sleep.  After “Isha’’, perform Namaz, etc., take a walk, etc., and eat before Maghrib.  Pray, Maghrib prayer, Isha prayer.  As Sehr and Iftar is going on, but these videos will be after Sehr and Iftar as well.  Fix the rule that is in place now.  Eat food before Maghrib prayer.  You then take a walk after that, pray, then take a walk, then take a short walk after the Isha prayer.  And then you prepare for sleep.  Similarly, when you have to get up, you get up before Fajr prayer.  Pray the Fajr prayer, make a walking routine.  Your sleeping and waking times will be correct.  You must keep water intake.  During the day, you have to drink electrolysis water, that is, water with salts.  In which you can take lemon water, mint water.  You have to keep taking it on a daily basis.  Create your own walking routine.  Bro work out as much as you can.  As much as you think is appropriate, as much as you think my body can afford.  Your body will tell you over time.  In the beginning, it may not be that you go to the gym on the same day and spend two or two hours.  Do a little at first.  Start with ten minutes, 15 minutes, twenty minutes.  From five minutes you start very small.  Gradually increase these things.  If you put too much burden, it will be difficult for yourself.  What is small will be easy to do, what will be a big task will be very difficult to do.  You can use this chutney for lunch after Ramadan as well as during Ramadan.  It has to be made mandatory.  With lunch you put a coriander, mint and garlic in it, put a little turmeric, put white cumin, put black salt, a little red chilies, a little more black chilies, make a chutney.  Take it and add curd to it.  This is what you eat with lunch.  I consume this must in the afternoon, with every meal.  Similarly, what you have for dinner, what you have for dinner, what you have for dinner, these are all things that we have tried on ourselves and which I am still trying.  It will benefit you a lot.  In dinner, you add pomegranate chutney, pomegranate seeds, mint in it, coriander in it, green chilies in it and black salt in it.  And apart from that you can also add a spoon of olive oil.  You can also have it with dinner. It is also very good for your stomach.  You take two to three spoons of olive oil a day, it is very good for the stomach, for our overall health, if it is hot, you can keep one in summer.  If you are hot-tempered people, don’t take too much.  Because more dryness that occurs, it creates acidity and heat in our stomach.  One important thing that is zinc which has a lot of connection with our stomach, if the amount of zinc in our body is low then our stomach will be disturbed.  Now people who are facing loose motions.  Most of them already have these things loose, so the major source of zinc, I will tell you.  It is like yours, like it is in beef, it is in mutton, it is in chicken, it is in country chicken, you can take their quantity little by little.  If your stomach is upset, if your stomach is fine and you have any other problem, if your heart wants, you can take a small amount or a normal amount.  This will make up for your zinc deficiency.  And the zinc we get from them.  Zinc we get more.  Do not switch to supplements from these items.  Come to natural ways.  Use a sponge peel.  Use ispghol peel whenever you have stomach ache or upset.  It’s much better.  And people who have loose motions must do it.  Ispghol and Pomegranate seeds are the two best things.  Also use turmeric.  Use fennel.  You can take it after a small meal.  Take some fennel, two leaves of mint, it will freshen your stomach.  Now all these things will happen. Now we work on it, on the mind.  Exercise is very important to work on the brain.  Walking is very important.  It is very important for you to pray.  Prayer develops your entire belief system.  Unless you have a belief system, a big power takes all this from a small power. Meaning, in your area, suppose,

you have friendship with someone, with a big guy, with MNA MPA (Famous Personality) when you  If there is any problem, whatever idea comes to your mind, I will tell him.  Who is the two biggest power according to us?  ALLAH is the greatest power when we pray, we come before Him.  It is done.  Allah is the one, the only one, the only one who does everything.  So we gave all our problems to him.  When we give all our problems to him, then he will also give the solution to all our problems.  Read the prayer.  Read the Qur’an and give charity on a regular basis.  Do meditation.  You must check my videos on meditations.  Do long breathing. It’s the same thing as finding a diamond.  A good friend is like finding a diamond. We have to take the combo of both together.  Now after doing all this one thing you might think, how long will it take me to recover?  One thing will be remembered, you will understand my words, I had it from childhood.  I was sensitive from childhood.  If he used to think about something, he used to think endlessly.  And this habit of thinking endlessly disturbed me.  Kept me worried, I went into depression because of this worry.  Went into a lot of anxiety.  After that I took medicine for about eight years.  I know I have taken different kinds of Antideparrents, and reactions after different kinds of Antideparrents, that I have seen.  I saw what I can no longer explain in words.  The pain that is caused can never be explained in words.  It took me three and a half years, to get out of all of these things, I spent those three and a half years without Antideparrents.  All the things in it were what I learned from others, read and watched, put on myself and implemented.  I am not telling you that it will take three and a half years, but keep in mind that this problem is not going to be fixed in a day.  If it takes you a year to get it right, then I say you should consider your life that you have paid for it in a year. Otherwise, my brother, I know many people who have been in this torment for 20 years, 30 years and more.  Now it is up to you if you think that, if I work hard for one year, I will win my life.  And I will live the rest of my life in peace.  Even in one year I have said too much, too much because people do it for a month and then get worried why we didn’t get well.  Do two months and get worried.  Why didn’t we get well?  Do three months.  Three months, people come to me, sir, we are 80% cured, 90% cured.  Why did not 100% follow your words?  O brother, leave the desire for 100% and celebrate 90%, celebrate 80%, more than seventy will be more than fifty, what more do you want.  More than that, when you stop wanting to keep trying, when you stop wanting, worrying , the anxiety inside you will stop.  Anxiety is over, you are out of anxiety, you are out of depression, sometimes we are on our own, my video is made on healing signs.  What’s that?  For one thing, I’m getting tired of trying to explain things to people.  What’s that?  Man, practice is what we have to do, we have to sleep on time, eat on time, get up on time, walk on time, work on time, do everything on time.  It is a law of nature, when we brake.  It’s Ramadan now, isn’t it, we can never sleep like this.  Get 12 hours of sleep.  What happens?  There is laziness and dizziness.  Lack of focus also comes. However, during Ramadan we do not work in the same way as we do during the day.  So now that’s all, if we do it on normal days, we’ll have more.  So what will happen?  We can’t focus nature’s principle in this way this month.  We cannot fulfill it in this way, because we read Taraweeh.  It’s ten o’clock, after ten o’clock I don’t think, I don’t think, that we have time to sleep like that.  We also have a variety of jobs.  Then we plan those tasks at night.  We don’t have time during the day.  How is nature?  She says sleep early, and wake up early.  If you sleep at nine o’clock, you sleep till three o’clock, four o’clock, five o’clock.  You fit into a normal routine.  The person who sets the nine to five pattern of his sleep is the best.  Doing all this is called life.  Doing it a day or two right now is not going to do anything, you have to keep it, a complete routine.  Now in how many days will the improvement come?  It depends on you.  How much energy and effort do you put in?  Apply hundred and ten percent energy.  Within three months you will have reduced all these things.  Will do it within six months.  But again it’s three months to six months, the cost of this next life.  Trouble happens but we will not worry.  There will be tension but we will not be tensed.  Depression will happen but we will not be depressed.  So now the decision is up to you whether you want this life or that life.  This is the end of the video.  Will take great care of himself.  I will be remembered in prayers.
