If you want to be fit in your life, and want to keep yourself mentally strong, then you must remember some of my words, follow them and this is the secret.  I have changed my life by following it and I am still changing. These things are very valuable And Can Make you mentally strong I paid the price for them.  If you follow this, I hope you will not have to pay a huge price. The first thing is to bring Prayer (Namaz) into your life.  Worship in the mosque and women should observe prayer at home. Another thing is reciting the Quran, reciting the Quran on regular bases or reading a little Quran, or listening to a little Quran. Just listening for a few minutes will teach you a lot. It will make you very light, It Will Make You Mentally Strong it will take you out of you and make you believe in the One who holds the whole universe, the One who holds the whole universe, otherwise, you will think the same.  That you are responsible for your problems and this one thing will destroy your mental health, leave this thing and hold on to this thing that only ALLAH is the creator and destroyer of everything. If you are not hungry and if you want to be hungry, eat on time and eat dinner in such a way that you have dinner three to four hours before you go to bed. And you have to try, you have to walk a little bit after that, but you must walk After dinner, you have to walk for at least one to one and a half hours throughout the day and exercise at different times. These are the things that will help you 40 to 50% in coping with depression. And you’ll find a lot of studies on the Internet that will tell you that exercise makes endorphins work for you, endorphins are painkillers, and they work as an anti-depressant. So, you must include exercise in your schedule and it will make you mentally strong. Take some time for yourself, sit alone, think about yourself, look at yourself, where did you go in life, where did life come from, what things have improved and which Bad things you hold on to. When you give yourself some time in silence, your self will automatically shout that you are doing wrong. You will hear the voice of conscience When many people are together, then the inner voice of a person is not heard and it will make you mentally strong. Even if it’s just for five minutes, grab a book and start reading it. Just five minutes, not more, five minutes, just five minutes in the beginning, gradually your reading habit will increase and when your reading habit increases, you will be surprised that as many research people as possible.  There are people who read, their neurons, their patterns, and their neuro pathways are very different. The big ones are flexible because they don’t stay in a fixed mindset then they become flexible and a flexible mindset always finds solutions.  Fix mindset always keeps a person worried. From a friend, from a cousin, from a sister, from a brother who does not live in your house, you have to maintain very good behavior with family members, but those who are your friends are siblings or parents who live in another city or  If you live in another area or others live in the same city and live a little far away, make a habit of leaving them, even if only for five minutes, but start talking to these people over a call and start talking to them and it will make you mentally strong. Keep getting together in your home once or twice a week. By keeping get together, you will see how much your problems decrease and how mentally strong you feel. Always start your day with dua as well as prayer as well as charity. It can be with a good word, it can be with a smile, but try to help the poor as much as possible, and charity will ward off your every call, ward off your every worry and give you peace.  It is very important to keep giving to charity for peace of mind. The most important thing is always to keep your mind positive.  keep positivity in your mind. We have two things inside us, negative and positive. If we are doing any of our work, but if we are not doing that work by keeping our mind and our thinking positive, then it cannot be that thing that gives us 110% of the result that we are expecting. If we want you to get the desired results, what you expect, like you want to be mentally strong or what you are thinking, then whatever you do, do it with patience and gratitude to ALLAH, do it with good intentions and do it in a positive way. It is very important to have a positive mind, it is very important to have a positive self-belief that what I am doing, I am doing better and whatever I am doing, I am doing it in the best way and God willing, it will prove to be fruitful for me.  It will be perfect for me. This thing will lead me to success. My Mind patterns are so strong that there is no flexibility in them. Do anything thinking that it will be 110%. We who are in anxiety, the biggest thing that brings you in anxiety is your fear, worrying, worrying about everything, it won’t happen, we think negatively first and positively later that’s why  People also want to optimize their mental health 110% to maximize it, think positively. Your position and thinking will make you develop what you have been thinking about for many years but have not been able to do. If you want development, you think positively, you are 1 10% to fulfill your dreams, if not, it doesn’t matter, still do it with 100% and 10% confidence from within yourself. Learn to forgive yourself and others. We also go into depression because we keep repeating the old things. We keep worrying ourselves by thinking about the old things. He did this, he did that, I did that, it was my fault, I shouldn’t have done . In depression, a person often remembers the past and damages the present. Life is neither there(Past) nor there(Future). Life is actually here(Present).  Today is in this moment, Yes, this moment we are living is actually life. If we keep remembering someone’s negativity or keep remembering our own words, don’t you think we will bring the mind to a state where it is entangled in the past. And he is doing damage to himself, while life is there(Past), not life is there(Future), so everything we have here will start to be disturbed, and everything that we have will start to become bad.
