How To Deal With Intrusive Thoughts​

 Assalam Alaikum Friends, I hope you all are doing well. In today’s Blog, we will talk about intrusive thoughts, thoughts that we don’t want to enter our mind.  And what bothers us.  Or the ones that cause us to think that I don’t want to think it but it still comes to my mind, or it could be about religion or it could be about hurting someone.  These can be about self-harm, or sexual thoughts about someone.  Either way, these thoughts can be.  Thoughts that we did not want to be came to us, are called intrusive thoughts there are different types of thoughts, and I have made different videos on it.  Hey guys, today’s video is specifically about intrusive thoughts.  What are intrusive thoughts? As you have just been told, you will see the difference between intrusive thoughts and thinking, and then how you can solve your intrusive thoughts. People are very worried about intrusive thoughts.  And this thing happens that a person comes to a time when he gets so stuck in life that he thinks that maybe my life is wasted and I should end my life, my life has become hell, my life has become something.  These different questions make our life haram.  This has continued in my life and they have bothered me a lot and I have closed my businesses because of them.  So it is important to understand intrusive thoughts, first understand, what is the thought?  That is, what is thought?  And what is thinking? What is the difference between thought and our thinking?  A thought is an image that comes to our mind.  When we see something, or hear a sound, or hear something, or think something, or touch something, some images pop up in our mind.  And what these images are are called thoughts.  Now those images keep popping up in front of our mind, a person gets 65 to 85 thousand thoughts in a day, there are negative thoughts, there are positive thoughts, and there are different kinds of thoughts. The thoughts that pop up in your mind.  If any thought you catch, means you are walking and you catch someone and start thinking about it.  And you thought that I might not die, or that I might let someone kill me.  So you start thinking, man, you start thinking, why would I kill somebody?  I am not that kind of person, I never wish bad for anyone.  Things like that you will start thinking related to it.  So that thing will become your Thinking.  On a regular basis our mind is 2% of our body and it takes 20% of our body’s energy.  Now we have grasped the object and started thinking about it.  Because of his overthinking, our energy consumption will increase.  What will happen with this, our body will become weak and our mind will start thinking too much and will start getting confused by these thoughts and because of these thoughts, our mind will not work properly. We will not be able to focus on what is right, we will not be able to think about anything.  And we will remain entangled in this confusion and what is in it we will try our best to get out of this confusion.  And the more we try, the more energy we expend.  And the more energy we put in, the more it will not dissolve.  The more worried we will be.  And the more we become anxious, the more we want to get rid of it and not leave our lives, then what is in our OCDS will convert.  Then thoughts come to a person about the dirt that he has, that if my hands are not dirty, then I want to clear myself from these things, he wants to satisfy himself.  Wants to please himself.  He wants himself to be perfectly clean but the more he washes his hands the more he worries about why I’m washing my hands so much.  Is this a thought, did you associate a feeling with this thought, or did you react or did you respond to it.  React means that if you think I should wash my hands, you immediately start washing your hands. Respond means that you think I should wash my hands, so you responded that my hands are clean, you rejected, so a chain went further.  Now what will happen is, you will either fight or flight or freeze with that place.  This will be your action, now whatever happens after the action will be your end result.  So this whole chain will run if you want to break this thing, first of all, you have to clear this one thing that is only a thought.  Coming automatically and these thoughts can come to anyone about anything.  So what’s so disturbing is that it’s gone because that’s the thought.  It is not reality. We start running behind thinking of thoughts as reality. This is our biggest mistake.  This habit has to be stopped to understand the pattern of thought

Now I have come to destroy and ruin my life by running behind these thoughts as a reality for a long time in my life, and then I became a life coach, mind trainer, and motivational speaker all this time, I Became a coach. All these things and  In short, if I can do it, so can you.  Now let’s talk about intrusive thoughts. Intrusive thoughts can be about anything, can be about sex, can be about religion.  They may be about harming someone.  They can be about suicidal violence.  And it can be anything, it can be about inclusive thoughts. You understand what thoughts are and what inclusive thoughts are and what thinking is. Now let me share a little story with you and this is a real story.  A man approached me for coaching, and he had taken all kinds of medicine and so on.  He had undergone various treatments but he had never told this to anyone.  He told me that I have this idea that I should not have sex with my daughter and that I think too much about the fact that I love my daughter too much.  I think every father loves his daughter very much and because of this, I am very depressed. I am living a very stressful life.  Life must end.  I should not be alive, I listened to him very carefully, listened with complete comfort and I want to tell you the same things that I told him, if his problem can be solved, your problem can be solved. All of our problems can be solved if you say that inclusive thoughts will not come to you in life, then it will be the biggest mistake in the world and it will be the biggest misrepresentation in the world. It will be a lie.  I still get inclusive thoughts, but now they are less frequent. I was at the gym, I was with my friend, and I thought about it. He gave me his bag.  He gave me his iPhone and gave me a lot of money and he also gave me the car key. man, I’m in the gym. I’ll hold it for a while. I’ll take a seat. Then we leave the gym together. Last seat.  It was his and the last set was mine.  I thought that I would catch him and hit him on the head with something and I would run away with his iPhone and this wealth and all these things.  Now this thought can occur to anyone, if this thought comes to anyone, what will he do with it, he will think, ALLAH has given me everything, why am I thinking like this, then it is important to understand this one thing.  You don’t think so, it’s only on thought, it’s your thought.  You don’t fly with it, you don’t have to take it, you don’t do anything. All you have to realize is that I think many people start doing long breathing, and many people stop there and start meditating, what are they doing?  You are investing more energy.  So why are you investing, simply calm yourself down, relax, bro, this is just a thought, it will come and go. Now I have many intrusive thoughts like, oh man, let me pick someone up and hit me, or don’t let the weight fall on me, or I’m driving and don’t spit on someone, or someone will get angry.  If you spit it out, this is common, my friend, thought is thought. Now we have to understand what kind of information has gone into our mind, has gone into our five senses, due to which these thoughts are coming to our mind. Why do some people also get illogical thoughts?  That these inclusive thoughts have a reason or not is a common thing, in most cases there is no reason, so now we have to think what is the reason, like this man’s story was this man’s story.  That he saw an English movie in college life in which there was a man having sex with his daughter and it was a porn movie that the guy saw, so I say, stay away from porn movies.  Do  These things disturb your mind and your pattern a lot and this thing he caught and he thought that I should not do this tomorrow with my daughter and then ALLAH blessed him with a daughter.  When she got older, she changed body shapes.  So he used to think that he did this, or he did that or something, I should not do this to my daughter. These were just thoughts. That’s what I am saying that you should just relax. These are just thoughts. Now you can apply your NLP(Neuro-Linguistic Programming) technique on it.  If there is any information in your mind, which is bothering you to do this or the thought is based on this specific information, the information you have stored was in visual form, or in the form of audio.  I was, or was in any sense, or she was of touch or she was of smell, you first look at her image.  If you want to convert this image to black and white.  Will dull its colors, or shrink the image, or if you remove the audio.  Because it magnifies or diminishes the image of our sub moralities.

 If we shrink a very large image, our mind will stop notifying it.  Will stop thinking about it. So simple, our video is how to remove bad images. Mark this in your mind, what did you feel, now change the situation.  I have to come to this situation, what I am doing is very common, very simple, I am telling you by doing it so that you can be easily helped, now you have to think that you are in a TV room.  Or you are in a drawing room or in any TV launch or anywhere you are sitting there is a TV in front of you. on this TV you have to play. this video first of all you have to normalize yourself, your physiology is normal, your breath is normal, you are completely relaxed and your relaxation level is exactly 110%, your shoulders are not hunched, you are completely straight, your facial expression is completely normal.  Now play this whole thing on this tv. Now play this whole thing on this TV.  Brother, you are sitting in a TV room with a TV in front of you.  TV is black and white now play this whole image play play play very good your face is smiling I would like you to download this video.  If you also have ads displayed on it, then when you download this video, you will not have ads displayed, let this image play.  Play, play, play very nice play this image.  But this time our volume will be completely off.  And the size of the TV will be slightly smaller than before.  Reduce the size of the TV and let your breath be normal.  Your face is smiling, let this image run.  Play this image without volume, play this image without sound, very nice, very good, very nice, very good, your face is smiling, you are normal, you are relaxed.  For the third time, reduce the size of the TV completely.  Very nice, very good. I smile your face, breathe through your nose, release from your mouth, keep yourself relaxed, eyes, relax as much as possible, very nice, very good, very nice, very good, very nice, very good.  You must be changing a lot now, there is no TV in your whole scene, now there is only black in front of you. These things will define how strong the next time intrusive thoughts will be if you work on yourself.  So, these will be minimal enough to not bother you.  As it happens to me, so do I.  So they come from a big minimum.  But keep in mind, if you work hard on yourself, these things will work for you; if you don’t work hard, these things will never work for you.
