How To Deal With Inner Fear

friends, I hope you are all doing well. In today’s Blog, we will talk about fear.  How can we eliminate fear from our lives?  Most people are always afraid in life. Fear is a part of our life.  It happens in all of our lives, when we start learning something new or doing something new.  Come to a new situation.  Or a situation that we have not seen before, that we have never dealt with before, we are afraid of going into this situation or thinking about the situation.  This is a natural process.  Fear is in all of our lives.  The question is, can we eliminate our fear from our lives?  Or better yet, we can manage it.  The best way is to learn to manage it.  You will learn to manage it.  What you stop fearing will stop scaring you.  I often say in this blog that the more you fear, the more fear will scare you.  The day you fear your fear, your fear will start fearing you.  Either you kept running away from fear.  Or stand up and face that way and your fear will run forward.  Fear is a part of life.  You don’t have to be afraid of that, yes, you will come out of one, come from the second, come out of the second, and come into the third. In America, many people were afraid of snakes, people were very worried and because of this worry, many of their routine daily life tasks were also disturbed.

American psychologist Dr. Albert Bandura, who is a master in this work.  They used to take out the fear of their patients, the fear of snakes, now what was their way of working, most people used to come to their room for coaching, for sessions, so they talked about the whole thing before them.  I used to hear what are you afraid of when people used to say that we are afraid of snakes, when we think of snakes or something like that comes to our mind, then we are left with fear, we are in a very fearful condition.  I go to Albert Bandura and knew about him and heard about him, so much so that when he lifted the curtain, the snakes were snakes on the other side of the glass.  This man used to sit here. When this man looked at him, he started to feel fear.  It used to get into a big panic situation.  According to you, whatever fear you have and what will be your condition if that fear is in front of you.  What will be the situation?  If the servant had told him, look, there are snakes in front of you.  Is this snake telling you something?  You are doing some harm.  On which the patient who was in mental trouble, in the condition, that person used to say no, this is not scaring me from a distance.  But if I go to him, it will frighten me, it will do me no harm. Albert Bandura takes her hand.  Take it a little further and go to the glass.  And they say look, now it is harming you.  He says no, I am not getting hurt now.  Yes, when I catch it, it will hurt me.  Meanwhile, a character of Albert Bandura comes into the room, comes into the room and grabs the snake.  And then Albert Bandura asks this man, yes, this man has caught the snake.  The snake has not harmed him to which he patiently says yes it will eat him in a little while.  Will cut it.  It will sting.  A little more time passes and nothing happens. Dr. Albert Bandura encourages him and tells him, “Come on, let’s catch this snake and see.” In the beginning, the patient was very afraid, and nervous, but Dr. Albert Bendora would hold his hand, increase his courage, and slowly take him to the room and put the same snake around his neck.  First of all, that guy is very, very, his legs are trembling, just imagine it.  When your fear is in front of you.  And you are so afraid of it.  And how much fear.  What will that state be?  Of course, it cannot be explained in words.  In the beginning, the person panics a lot.  And reacts abnormally.  And after a while it starts getting normal.  In a single session, Dr. Albert Bendora mostly succeeded in removing people’s fear of snakes.  And when most people got over their fear of snakes, they did research on different people.  And he saw that because of his fear less, a lot of impact was created in his life. He went far in life.  Their productivity became much higher, now in their life, the way they looked at things, became better.  So a fear, which is connected with fear in our life.  There is fear in our life. If we work on even one fear, reduce it, then different types of fear will automatically start reducing.

 Attacks in our life in different ways.  This fear is present in our life from the beginning. But we are so afraid of being in a new situation that we think that it is only fear that is taking us out of life.  If we remove that fear, then another fear comes, then we have to understand that fear is a part of our life.  Different types of people have different types of fear. People are very afraid of death. When they hear about someone’s death, they get scared and get shocked. If he dies, I will also die. Mostly people don’t die, they just talk like that, there is a fear that keeps them scared.  And because of this fear, their lives are disturbed a lot.  I also experienced a similar pain with fear of death.  When my young brother died right in front of me. It was a summer day, we both were lying on the same bed, I was lying on this side, and my brother was lying on that side. My brother was not letting me sleep.  And second two days later my paper was also due, and I was also preparing for the paper.  But I was awake all night then I fell asleep.  When I slept, he wouldn’t let me sleep.  And kept nagging talk to me, talk to me, well this is too long.  In short, he died in front of my eyes.  His life came before me.  And now just imagine if your elder brother or any of your relation passes away from this world in front of your eyes, how would you feel. That one fear, that one fear sat inside me and how long I was bothered by the same thing, the same thought, I will die too.  Because of this one thing, many fears, many pains kept arising in me.  I am the kind of person that I rarely tell anyone about my pains, this fear drove me away.  I ran a lot, cried a lot, spent a lot of time, but this fear did not leave me with anything to do.  Due to this, many inferities and many things will start to arise in me, but at the end of the day I realized, man, how long have I had this fear and I am not dead yet.  If I continue to be afraid of my thoughts, of my thoughts like this, I will not die, but the elements of fear within me will become too much. I have explained to myself that fear is a part of my life, it will stay with me, no matter how many of you are in fear of death, or in any fear, make sure one thing, fear is a part of life.  It is important that you bring yourself into the situation rather than driving yourself out of it.  As you have fear of death, it is triggered by hearing the news of someone’s death, if you keep running away from it, it will keep running away.  So it is better to participate in the funeral prayer.  Once you will find it difficult, twice you will find it difficult, three times it will be difficult, four times it will be difficult.  End of the day will be easy. When you hear about someone’s disease, you think that I will also fall into this disease, so always remember one thing, there are options to deal with any situation, fight, flight and freeze, either you fight this situation.  Either run away from this situation, or go here and create a situation where you can.  But better is this that my situation is what I have seen from this reality that just relax, keep calm and say one sentence to yourself, whatever happens, I agree.  I don’t care about all these things, these things will calm you, these things will normalize you.  Just as Dr. Albert Bandura used to take a man to a snake, and the snake would hold him, the man’s fear would disappear after seeing the snake. So in NLP Neuro-Linguistic Programming, our mind is so strong in NLP Neuro-Linguistic Programming.  That if we create images in our mind, like suppose you are afraid of snakes or any fear XYZ, any fear.  Different types of people have different types of fear, now fear has also been categorized into types.  You just have to close your eyes and imagine that you are in that situation.  The bit will remember one thing which is your body gesture, which is the physiology of the body should not change. At that time we are scared, our shoulders are hunched, we are in a very nervous condition.  You should not keep yourself nervous, you should keep your breath normal.  Close your eyes.  Your breathing is normal.  Facial expressions should be completely normal, body should be completely normal, relax, keep looking at the image in which you feel fear.  By the way, I have also made a video on removing bad images with the help of NLP Neuro-Linguistic Programming, I will recommend that to you, you must watch that too.  And in this situation you change the patterns of your mind. You don’t have to go into this situation and change it.  What Is meant by pre-practice?  That Albert Bendula used to listen carefully to this man.  He used to gently put it in that Droge means, what else do you know about snakes.  How will you react if a snake comes in front of you?  So close your eyes and bring your visually snakes in front of you or bring any fear in front of you.  You are going to someone’s funeral.  Put yourself in that place and imagine yourself in that place.  You will find this thing a bit difficult in starting.  In starting this little thing will feel different to you.  But remember, this is the best way to deal with any fear. You will run away from fear no matter what, it will keep chasing you. One day you will have to stand up and one day you will have to deal with your fear.  And to the point will have to talk.  Yes brother, tell me what is the problem, why are you destroying his life.  People are afraid of having panic attacks and still panic attacks do not come, the day they don’t come, they panic themselves by thinking. They themselves give themselves panic attacks. Health anxiety, this kind of anxiety is in our life.  It will stay as long as we want it. Any fear stays in our life as long as we want it. Fear is not a part of life. Life is not part of fear. Work on yourself, keep one of my fears in your heart and that is the fear of Allah. Whoever has the fear of Allah in his heart, then there is no other fear in his life.  Put the fear of Allah in yourself. If you put the fear of Allah in your heart, then every fear will be feared. He who fears one does not fear anyone else, and he who fears everything is obvious.  He is not afraid of anyone.  So you should fear only one thing in your heart.  If you keep the fear of one in your heart, God willing, all your fears will be cured.
