Assalamualaikum Alaikum friends, I hope you all are doing well.  In today’s Blog we will talk about IBS irritable bowel syndrome.  About IBS irritable bowel syndrome, what is it?  Why does it happen?  We can treat it ourselves.  Friends, this disease is spreading very fast all over the world.  From about twenty percent to 25 percent, this problem is increasing a lot.  But Pakistan India in all of them because there was no such system of countably that is why you can’t find it exactly here.  But I am sure that more than fifty percent of Pakistan has this problem.  Because I read many people’s articles.  Many of the people I coach.  People I see  Even according to a survey, doctors also calculate that 90% of the people who come to them have made themselves sick because of their anxiety.  And the major cause of IBS Irritable bowel syndrome is anxiety.  Now IBS Irritable bowel syndrome can also cause you anxiety. And when you have IBS, you will have trouble.  This is a link between the two.  Understand what is IBS Irritable bowel syndrome first?  The food we eat passes through our mouth, through our esophagus, into our stomach, and when it enters the stomach, chemicals, including HCl Hydrochloric acid, break down the food into large pieces.  They convert it into small particles and after digesting it, they take it from the small intestine to the large intestine and when it is taken to the large intestine, it extracts it.  And Allah Ta’ala has made this big one for 120 movements.  What is that movement?  Sometimes it closes and sometimes it opens.  Sometimes it closes and sometimes it opens.  If this closing process is accelerated, then the person will have loose motions and if this closing process is reduced, then the person will face constipation.  Now its stopping and accelerating depends on the things.  That I will go ahead and tell you.  Now let’s talk about the symptoms of IBS, how do you know when a person has IBS Irritable bowel syndrome.  Number one has a stomach ache. Number two, he suffers from indigestion.  If he takes a little worry or hears something disturbing or eats such food, he has locomotion or he becomes constipated or he becomes very depressed.  He gets stressed over the smallest things.  Or if he takes stress, his stomach gets upset.  Apart from this, a person does not get sleep and becomes dehydrated.  Restless.  These are the major basic symptoms of IBS Irritable bowel syndrome.  Now how will you figure out all these symptoms when you get all these symptoms?  Whether or not you have IBS.  For this I will tell you that first you see your nearest doctor.  After seeing the doctor, you should get your whole body blood tested.  Which doctor recommends you.  Do you know how to walk?  When the doctor has confirmed that you have IBS, don’t worry.  You do not have to worry because this is a functional disease.  It is a functional disease.  The more you take it, the more it annoys you.  The amount of medicine you take will give you temporary relief.  And then you will be in the same situation.  This is functional disease and we have to control functional disease by ourselves, how to control it I tell you. If a laborer is living happily in his hut and does not have all the luxuries and is happy and content, that is all for him.  But if a person is living in a big bungalow, living in a palace, he has no peace, then he has nothing.  If he is not satisfied with his life, then there is nothing, he will go into depression, even if he eats gold, it is useless for him.  He is not going to like it, so I also worked hard for three years.  I used to come home at nine in the morning and go to my call center at twelve.  All this time I used to consume a lot of mutton mince.  And used to eat a lot of pizza burgers and shawarma from outside.  I used to drink so many cold drinks that I can’t count you.  And the tea coffee used to be 14 to 16 cups a day, after that a person has to destroy himself.  I did not sleep.  I used to not exercise, just work and work and then life took its toll on me after three years.  I went to different doctors for this thing, I got different treatments. I had imposed a limit on myself.  But on the last day I realized that what I am doing is my own fault and no one is telling me these things.  I am writing this pill, he is writing it.  Yes, I am taking pills for depression, I am taking pills for anxiety, so first of all I had to understand my problem, so I understood my mistake and this is what I am saying to everyone, sit down and understand yourself.  What we are doing against nature what I was doing I used to stay up all night and sleep only three hours a day the biggest mistake.  Another mistake is that I don’t take any food when I feel like eating.  So religion said eat twice.  Religion kept a person up to two meals, so I did not do any physical work.  Allah Almighty had given so much money.  But physical work was also necessary.  I am sitting and eating.  But I lost weight in it.  I had locomotion.  My weight went from 52 to around 55. I could see the bones.  How weak I had become.  After that I noticed that I connected a certain food with my food phobia. I also have a video on food phobia.  So what causes IBS is anxiety and depression. The first thing you have to do is look at your mistakes.  Still the problem is the same I had to understand the problem so I understood my mistakes which are my mistakes. This is a normal thing, the heart beats fast when he is panic, his blood pressure level is also low or high, sugar level is also low or high, these things happen from anxiety.  These things these things I don’t know you have to keep one thing in mind.  Isn’t IBS a dangerous thing?  That it is not a disease that causes a person to get cancer by the will of God.  Nothing is going to happen, just work on the basics that are causing these things to happen.  If not, then your lifestyle is getting disturbed.  Because of this, other things can disturb you.  So now I found the solution, I tried it on myself and Allah Almighty gave me hundred percent result.  I try to make the things that affect me affect you.  Because we are middle eastern people, our food and drink are the same, our lifestyle of sleeping and getting up is exactly the same.  Pakistan, India, Bangladesh are similar and most of the people in these countries have the same lifestyle.  What have we ignored so far? You notice where I am making mistakes, what things I am doing that is against nature.  If nature said to sleep at night, am I sleeping at night?  God said take two complete meals, so am I taking two meals? Take the third meal as a snack.  The food is complete.  Brother, you can use dry fruits in it, you can also use fish in it, you can also use mutton in it, you can also use chicken in it, you can also use eggs in it.  Take it out You have improved your diet, now the question is how much exercise do you do, brother, it is not like you are putting in 2500 calories and you are not expending even a single calorie.  Exercise is very important to be in the diet chart in your life.  If you don’t exercise then you won’t sleep. There are many people who stay in bed all night. Have you ever seen a laborer? I give the example of a laborer because people around us are very common  It is seen that no laborer has ever suffered from insomnia, he will not have the disease of waking up at night because his body is so tired after working all day that he says, “Give me bed, let me sleep, there is nothing else to do.”  The worker can sleep without fan and can sleep without UPS can also sleep in cold room can sleep in warm room.  The laborer can be anywhere. The laborer’s problem is not heat, cold and all these things. The laborer’s problem is that he needs a place to sleep. He sleeps anywhere.  I have seen many workers, so make yourself a worker, stop giving special protocol. Prayer and Quran are very important for managing anxiety and depression. Those who are Muslims, if they do not pray, understand that they are feeling anxious.  What is making them anxious is that the path he is taking is looking after such and such a person. I have seen many advanced doctors. This is not like a religious disease. This is a psychological disease.  Before we were born, our parents were Muslims, so did you know how many prayers your mother used to read, how much she would read the Qur’an.  Within the first three weeks in the womb, all our consciousness has been developed. Allah Almighty has made this thing so fast that we don’t know what our parents used to do. That thing came into our genetics.  What will happen if they don’t do the program? Science today believes that psychology believes that what you  If you do the things your ancestors did, you will be less depressed and happier. Let me give you another example, you meet your childhood friends or visit a place that you loved as a child.  When you go there, you will see that your anxiety and depression will be reduced, because that thing is somewhere in your subconscious, so what is stored in your subconscious, your parents read the word, you read the word in your ears.  I heard the sound of the word, the sound of Azan in your ears is the sound of the call to prayer.  I guarantee that if a person is a Muslim and recites Tahajjud (Mid Night Prayer) for 21 days on my request, his life will change for only 21 days. This is the disease of insomnia.  If you read Isha and fall asleep, then how will you get insomnia, how will you get sleep sickness, then stop following those people who are very advanced.  She does not understand.  What is it, after which the servant is taken away from Allah? Follow this routine. Follow this routine.  I would have been calmer, more worldly than you, I would have done these things before you. I’ve been through all these things, it’s nothing, it’s just drama.  You go to the mosque regularly, pray five times a day, my brothers and sisters, arrange them at home.  There is no need to bow down to Allah even in such big problems.  When you bow down to Allah, then do the same exercises as them. Create faith in yourself like them. Bring faith. The real weakness is the weakness of our faith. By praying, we ask Allah for something in return.  May Allah grant me this, may Allah grant me this.  Did you pray, my friend, and are you asking Allah to give this too, give this too? It doesn’t happen. You have to give it time.  Work hard on the system, believe in Allah, believe in yourself and believe in these videos.  Allah will give you everything if you do it with faith.  It is very important to have a circle of friends.  Have two or four good friends, don’t share your problems with them.  Don’t be angry with everyone. If someone is angry, forgive him yourself. Stay at home with love and love. Keep the environment of your home good with love.
