In today’s Blog, we will talk about how it is that one negative thought comes to us again and again.  It keeps coming all day, doing something, not being able to do anything, whatever you are doing, that negative thought is following us and sometimes we feel like we are in the same place, why does this happen to us basically.  But the way ALLAH has blessed it is about 2% of our body’s weight and the energy it needs is 20% of our body’s and its storage capacity is now 2.5 peta bites.  There is so much storage that if you make an HD-quality video and a person continues to watch it for three hundred years, then this storage will run out.  It’s long because I tell the complete solution, I don’t tell the problem. We are only bothered by negative thoughts.  According to different studies, some studies say 65,000 thoughts some studies say 75,000, and some say 85,000, so many thoughts come in a day if you open it and see.  So, every second thought comes, and every time a thought comes, we sleep, we wake up, and every moment passes in the thought. There is a such large storage and so many thoughts, but then there is only a negative thought in it, and that negative thought bothers us.  Why were these negative thoughts not present in childhood? Even if they were, why were they few and this is consistent with the fact that our minds are children. As you protect it, it will work in the same way, it will grow in the same way, and as it grows, then you will get such a fruit.  I am putting the same thing if you are showing something negative in it and you are thinking that I will see positive then how will it happen it can’t happen it can’t happen so people who think that we are faced with thoughts all day long.  Now there are thoughts that come and take away our energy. But if you are afraid of it.  And if we are sitting at home, then things get worse. Our mind connects experiences. An idea came to us. What reaction did we have to it? Did we react or respond to it?  Don’t react to your thoughts and support them whenever you respond. InshALLAH you will be fine. He won’t bother you with thoughts.  If you get scared, then that is your reaction. If you respond to it, then you will ask yourself what will happen. Whatever happens, I have a solution.  And now, how will this experience become an experience? From this experience, your mind will decide what it is.  You will think that an accident will happen if you leave the house. In that case, stay at home and you did not go out. You went out again.  If you go out, you will develop a phobia, a fear will develop, you will not be allowed to do anything, you will not be allowed to go out of the house.  It will create fear. How good is it that you don’t react to this phobia. Any idea that comes to us gives us some options. Fight, flight, freeze, respond. These are the responses.  When you smile at any negative thought you ask yourself once is there anything that doesn’t matter to you Human being either do it out of fear or do it for a reward and will get some reward.  You will not get good or you will be afraid of something. When you remove yourself from these two things, then your mind will not think. Try to understand my words a little.  Get confused, look, if you get confused, you will get confused.   When we start changing them from negative to positive, they disappear. It doesn’t bother you anymore.  Do not respond to any negative thoughts. Make your own thinking room.  Design a thinking place. The time you have to sit and think is 15 minutes, 20 minutes, or whatever time comes to your mind, then say that I have to think this idea at that time, so that this idea is kept.  And when that thought is taken and when you go to Rome with it, and believe me, you will never have that thought again.  You will never have a thought that bothers you. It is not the mind. If you think, it will not bother you. When you are not thinking, it will bother you more. Any thought is worse than any thought.  Learn the trick of turning a negative into a positive. With a smiling face and try to change the place where you are sitting Sit with a smiling face and try to keep yourself as positive as possible Most of the time we are making ourselves negative and we say  It is very easy to blame others. It is very easy in this world that you blame someone, no matter how good it happened because of you.  It happened because of me and I have to fix it myself, then you will fix it too. Always talk to your fear. How many things do you have, from a hair to a toenail? Allah has blessed you with everything. Be thankful for everything.  These kidneys are also implanted by giving millions of rupees. This heart is worth millions of rupees. So you are walking and still you do not thank the Lord, yet you are confused about small things.  A strong person is never afraid of a big problem, if he keeps on weakening himself. You are in a ring, whether you are weak or strong, tell me what will happen to both of them. If you are weak, then if you are afraid, then you are weak, and if you are not afraid, you are strong. I have given you this strength.  I have to tell you how it became powerful and this is my effort. I will continue this effort until my last breath. I will continue to help every human being, whether someone helps me or not.  I need help from I don’t need any help from anyone else. In the end, learn to forgive is a very valuable thing.
