Friends, I hope you are all doing well. Most people complain that our mind is in thought and overthinking.

Negative thinking is always present. The mind is always Over thinking here and there, never knowing where. It keeps Overthinking. I don’t know why it happens to us and it happens to us or it happens to someone else. Well yes, it happens to everyone the mind we have is a monkey mind it is like a monkey if you have seen Net Geo or Live Monkey somewhere. So you will know that the monkey never sits still

  If he is climbing trees, sometimes he will climb one tree, sometimes another, if he is performing, sometimes he will jump to this side, sometimes to that side. In the same way, our mind sometimes thinks here and there, sometimes it is thought by nature. Twenty-four by seven is for thinking. Twenty-four by seven is for work. You can sleep.

You can rest but the brain doesn’t sleep. Even when we are sleeping, our brain is working and overthinking. Have you ever seen mothers who give some toy to a small child, then they start doing their work? Else what does he keep Disturbing his mother Else he keeps confusing his mother towards him It’s the same as the mind our mind also keeps wandering here and there about what we have to do We need to give a toy. We have to give him a toy. If we have ever seen a monkey, he jumps around and as soon as he gets a fruit or a banana, he peels it and starts eating it. He gets busy, so we have to give our mind something that makes our mind stop there, our mind gets busy with that work and we do our work. If you don’t rule your mind, your mind will rule you. It’s common. Your mind is your child. The mind follows your command. You don’t command the mind. Do you give commands to your mind? 

Most of the time what we people are doing are busy on Facebook, busy with other things like we do all that, keep the mobile and sleep on the side or start doing some work.

Or just sit down and start thinking about something, then when we sit down, we will think about things that have gone into our mind, what will come out, don’t you ask yourself, what productive thing did you tell yourself last time? You had given yourself such a target

Which kind of life was given meaning, why did I come to this life, why did I come to this world in life? Some purpose you have told him, some command of the day you have given him, my friend, I have to work at this early morning. I have My schedule for the whole day Did you give him a schedule? Did you tell him something? When did you give him a task think something positive!! When you are not investing your mind, you are not giving your mind a fruit, a monkey, a child, or a target Then it will always keep you in overthinking.

 

So he will jump here and there, he will jump here and there and bring that thing for you. The mind wants to make you happy. It does many things for your happiness. Yes, that’s a bad thing, but he manages to get your attention. He manages to get your attention if he tells you something sad.

He has found many things on his behalf that are important to you because what is important to you right now is suffering. You fear this suffering. You run away from this suffering.

  If there is no pain in my life, then what is coming in front of you, you are running away from that thing, you are giving attention to it.

If you continue to give it attention, the mind will continue to give it to you, it will continue to show you. What will happen to overthinking , finding a solution to this problem will not do anything!! If you are worried, if you are worried, you will be worried all your life worrying doesn’t do anything, solving the problem of worrying solves problems. Can finish? no!!! We did not come only for the purpose of eating. We did not come only for the purpose of having children. We came to give something to this world and to take something from this world. They play a very important role in controlling your monkey mind. Start a Day with Good Habits Some good habits are The beginning of the day should be the first prayer that belongs to a human being

  People read the Fajr prayer in congregation, and they stay more positive throughout the day, besides that, you should put the habit of reciting the Quran for thirty minutes in your mind you just have to read the Quran regularly on a regular basis for thirty minutes after that. Take a morning walk and then have a healthy breakfast

In breakfast increase the intake of proteins, after which you leave for your work. After work, you should eat serotonin-rich foods at lunch, eat more cereal at lunch, then take a leisurely walk in the evening. And after the evening walk, you should have dinner as soon as you arrive then pray the Maghrib prayer, then after some time pray the Esha prayer, and after the Isha prayer, go to sleep after a short walk. The better your sleep, the less monkey mind you’ll have, meaning it’s no better than running around. It’ll find a pattern. Now what? There is no pattern in life, or to be honest, is there any pattern? There is no pattern. You are sleeping of your own accord. You’re getting up on your own, it means you’re wasting your life, save it. Good community adapts, I know a little friend

  Today’s friends are mean, meaning today’s friends are not going to give you everything, but you are not too demanding. It doesn’t matter, my friend, if the world doesn’t give you all the returns you deserve or demand, it’s better that something is not being returned, and if nothing is being returned, then your self is not being returned. No matter what for satisfaction

Meet your friends but don’t expect them. It is very important to have social gatherings, and people who don’t have too many social gatherings mean that you become less a learner with too many social gatherings. It has been seen in many studies that People who have many friends are fewer learners, which means their learning opportunities are less, so those who have fewer friends have more learning opportunities, and more time for learning, so control the monkey mind or it will control you. It will keep jumping here and there and you will keep running after it All your energy will continue to suck, all your energy will be consumed, then what will you have left? What is the condition of a person after overthinking? He doesn’t sleep properly, he doesn’t eat properly, he doesn’t enjoy life, depression is too much, anxiety is too much, and everything has gone to a level. Why? ? The mind takes up twenty percent of the energy now he is sucking all the energy, so he is running, you are running behind him, let him run, just observe, brother, yes, it is okay, son, yes, it is not working, work, give him a command, you will not give a command. Religious OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder)

Imposing a fatwa of disbelief on someone if you have some wrong ideas about religion or about ALLAH or about religion in any other way.  Those thoughts are such that you can’t tell anyone to me, but you can hint to someone that I have the opposite thoughts about religion.  So the person will first tell you that your faith is very weak.  You are very close to disbelief, you are about to disbelieve. Fear Of Death / Death Phobia

I am going to write about my fear of death, it is not a very old thing, it is a recent thing.  And it was a few days ago.  My fear of death was so much earlier that if I heard of someone’s death, or an image of death came to my mind, or an image of death came to my mind, then I would be worried for many days.  I didn’t eat, I was afraid.  And a thought kept swirling inside.  I’m going to die, I’m going to die, and this thing used to scare me so much that I would panic so much that I would have panic attacks a lot.  These are the things I worked on and after working I got great results Alhamdulillah.  And there was a time when I couldn’t go to someone’s dead body.  I couldn’t go to someone’s funeral, I used to apologize to everyone, that I didn’t go to the funeral but obviously you have to face a lot of things that you will ever hear about someone’s deathReadmore
