Hope you will be doing fine there in this blog. I will share my experience how I coped with my panic attacks. We will discuss the panic symptoms. What can be the best treatment that can stop panic attacks without medicine? Well yes it’s true being a life coach mind trainer and motivational speaker i was also in the panic attacks anxiety and depression but now i won my life so i will share my experience with you and you can also do the same what i did

Symptoms Of Panic Attacks

Difficulty in breathing, Fast Heart Beat, Chest Pain, Blurry Vision, Sweating, Stomach Pain, Something In Throat, Body Temperature Change, Dry Mouth, Dizziness

These symptoms might alert you to a heart attack and you have to visit nearest hospital when you visited them after few minutes these symptoms vanished so what is this exactly well its not a heart attack its simple panic attack it be might for 10-30Minutes as per your consciousness depend if you control your consciousness in 5minutes it will over in 5minutes if you take more then this condition will remain for more you are the one who have to control this.i also experienced these symptoms so many times even though i experience 24/7 panic attacks for almost 5 years.before getting more first we have to find out the reason why we are getting these panic attacks.

Let me help you with possible reasons for panic attacks

Due to your stomach disturbance.

If your stomach is not working properly you will experience panic attacks.

Environmental Panic Attacks

If you are living in a hatic,toxic,anxious environment, husband and wife have toxic relationships,your mother and father fight,your best friend is not good with you,Pooverity,Bad Love relationship.

Situational Panic Attacks

Not getting good marks in exams Pressure,Job interview , Some one death ,any accident in front of you,Social Fear Also can cause us panic attacks,Driving,Playing Airplane phobia can also make your panic if you will be panic then definitely you will experience panic attacks.

Your Sensitive Nature

If you are a sensitive person it more possibilities that you will have panic attacks

Your Diet

If your diet is not enough with Serotonin rich foods that might be a chance you have more panic attacks.Fast foods also can cause us panic attacks.Tea Coffee Cigarette. 

Your Sleep

If you are not taking good sleep then you can also phase panic attacks

Your Lifestyle

Many studies shown that if you have not an active life style means you don’t walk don’t exercise it might be more chance you have more panic attacks.

If you feel panic all the time then this will be your panic disorder but don’t worry you can control this .. Yahoo !!

Best Ways To Control Panic Attacks

Take A Deep Breath

Take breath with your nose and release this with your mouth. Repeat this 7-10times You can do more until you do not get your consciousness back.

Be Calm Try To Calm

Don’t worry its a normal panic attacks it can’t hurt you it will be vanish in 3 4 minutes so be relax

Keep In Mind Its Flight And Flight Mood

Its your fight and flight mood so you don’t have to fight or flight you just simply have to make yourself comfortable that’s it.You can’t be dead by this its not a heart attack.

Be Smile

Yes your smile can reduce your panic attacks once your smile your body posture turns from stress to relax more relax more panic attacks gone.

Drink A Glass Of Water

Yes it’s also helps you to maintain your body and brain connection.

Do Walk

More you walk, the more you relax, walk and exercise release endorphins and these are natural pain killers.

Change Your Mind State

Recall your good memories. This technique would rapidly change your mind state from stress to happiness. So once you feel happiness you feel more relaxed.

Take a few leaves of Mint and eat them..

Hold some ice in your hand for a few minutes this will give you a feel and help you to make your connection with your consciousness.

I have so many more techniques but I am sure these will help you a lot. actually I also suffer from these situations. That is why I have more experience about this so make a trust of these techniques if you do with trust this will help you. If not then these will not help you..
