Man has to face many phobias.  There are different types of phobias, so today in this Blog we will talk about bed phobia, and sleep phobia.  Now it’s night, we won’t get sleep with us, then we will have the same restless situation as yesterday, we will have to change the crotchets in the same way on the bed, we won’t get sleep if I give you an example like this.  So there are many examples of what to do in which people phase all this and how I face the phase that as the night goes on our heart beats faster and we become very old.  Yes, we have to face all that again like yesterday. Why does this happen? Let me give you the logic of this book. But before that, I want to share a little story with you.  I would like to see that my aim is to make a video and tell you the solution. My aim is not to just make a video and tell you the problem. The next day you asked your father for 100 rupees and your father again took out 50 rupees.  It was like that. It was the third day. Now what will you do? You will read your father’s mind. First of all, you will have very negative thoughts in your mind.  I ask this person for 200 rupees, then they don’t have 100 rupees, so you asked them for 100 rupees, usually you will ask for 200 rupees, but now you asked for 100 rupees, then they took out 50 rupees.  Now different things are going on in your mind, different thoughts are coming in your mind, you must be thinking that my father does not know how he is.  So they get 500 or 1000. If you ask for it, they give you fifty. My father, my father is not a good father at all. This person thinks in his childhood that my father is not a good father. Now you will gradually start instilling a negative thoughts about your father.  We will start extracting bad things from every good thing. There is a big reason behind this. The first thing is the experience.  Bad emotions combined with bad meanings and good emotions combined with good meanings will now become our behavior based on the way we associate emotions and then design each of our belief patterns.  Will design our blue system Now if you ever want anything in life from your father, you will ask him for double.  You will also listen. If you think about it, you will ask for two hundred. If you want 500, then you will ask for a thousand because your mind has made a pattern. We think it is very important.  Tell you that I don’t care, believe me, this idea will never come, and if it does, it won’t matter, then what will it matter, let it come, let it go, I don’t care.  Fix the sleeping timing, now what will people do here, they sleep at 1:30 a.m. and on my request, they will change their bedtime to 9:00, then they will do it wrong; if you used to sleep at 9:00, try 1 or 12:30  Try from twelve to one o’clock.
