I didn’t even know that it was a panic attack or a heart attack. I used to associate it with a heart attack.  One message of which can make your heart beat faster than 170, one example of which can upset you so much that you immediately run to the washroom and your stomach twists. You have lived in this place.  I have spent seven or eight years. What will be your condition? I have to check my heart rate frequently.  Noticed that even when I was going to the doctor for a check-up, my heart rate would be fast, it would increase for a moment, if I checked at home, I think it would be up to 130, but when I went to the doctor, it would be 170 to 190.  I used to walk till a normal man would be like, what is happening to me, my hands and feet would become ice cold, I did not understand what is happening to me, but then I saw, I checked it again and again.  I broke my digital meter and the other one which was the stethoscope I also broke I said no and then I started to understand this thing I have written a  blog on  How to control panic attacks, you must read this and you release yourself that this is a temporary condition, it can be a condition of ten minutes, fifteen minutes, twenty minutes, most of it can be 30 minutes, so you’ve got your thirty minutes like this.  You have to control yourself. Today I am not sad because I have fully programmed myself.  The smallest thing that used to give me pain, I have made my strength and I have found the reason, you too, find the reason why all this is happening and work on that reason if you have one.  If there is a person who annoys you a lot, then first of all tie his hands and feet, my friend, I am a servant of anxiety, even if you don’t annoy me, no one will understand, then it is better that you leave such a person separately.  It is better than bothering yourself with such a person again and again asking for forgiveness and holding his feet.  Hold your feet, why has he bound you so that you cannot get out, or ask for forgiveness, then pray to ALLAH to release me from his bondage, find the reason, this is my reason.  It can be a panic attack. I have seen some people who exercise and get worried that their heart rate is increasing. It is a good thing whenever your heart rate increases.  Because your breathing is up and down when you exercise When your breath goes up and down, your blood also increases. The more you give, the more it will increase. Oxygen is decreasing, so your blood and oxygen are decreasing, so the heart has to work harder.  Don’t think that the heart is a thing, it is a very powerful thing, ALLAH Almighty has made it very strong, it pumps the blood of a person and controls the emotions of a person, so it is a very big thing, don’t take it for granted.  Don’t think too small, just understand the science of it, how we have to deal with it, and we have to find the reason, mostly I have seen that people are worried or they have a panic attack or the reason for panic.  You just have to find your reason, you have to work on the reason, and you will work on it, if you find the reason, then fifty percent of you will find your solution.  According to a study and my experience, I saw and it said that you should do at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. 30 minutes of vigorous exercise is very important for your body.  Similarly, your heart rate will increase and your heart muscles will become stronger the more you exercise, do aerobic exercise. When you commit adultery, you become very panicked.  No human being can avoid committing adultery because it is one of the biggest causes of heart palpitations. I have also read a lot of research on this.  It is a mistake that we have taken the path of adultery, although ALLAH Almighty has made the path of marriage very difficult, my man will try till the last breath to do something for easy marriage in the society, you also pray.  May ALLAH make me successful in this.
