The first reason is diet. Diet is the backbone of a person. If you don’t eat well, you can never stay charged for a whole day. It is very important to have a walk and exercise in your life.  If you walk for minutes, you stay charged all day long, you stay motivated all day long, you stay focused all day long and you are less lazy.  All human beings have 60% water in our body. 60% water in our body. If we don’t give water to our body, we will not be able to tell if our body is working properly. Then drinking water is very important.  How much water to drink you, drink 10 to 12 glasses in summer and 8 to 10 glasses in winter.  This is very important. What do you say when you feel thirsty, then you drink water? Just like there is a schedule for food, similarly there is a schedule for water. We have to hydrate ourselves.  Drinking Water performs many functions in our body. Firstly, saliva is formed in our mouth, it helps in digesting our food, it helps in separating neutral from food and also plays a very important role in maintaining body temperature.  If it pays, then from today you should also adopt a habit of water and after that the most basic and important thing is overthinking.  Kept because everything is blamed only for over thinking, they don’t eat well, they don’t think very well, they can’t exercise properly, they just keep thinking that we have anxiety, we have depression, that’s why it is  Everything is happening, but you also think that you are neither eating well, nor sleeping well, nor exercising well, nor drinking water well, then how will these things happen, obviously, this is a factor of overthinking.  Basically, if you talk about brain and Allah, the brain is two percent of our body and it needs about twenty percent of energy from our body.  It takes so much energy and if you over think, it will take more energy.  If we are not doing well, we will experience brain fog. Another thing is when we think too much, our stomach gets upset. Where does power come from? Power comes from your mind. Our priorities are different. Until you find out your priorities in life, you will never be motivated. You will never be energized.  You can never stay focused, I can never stay charged. Because your privates are everything to you, unless you recognize them, you will never be able to move forward in life.  From the priority you are running away from, are you not wasting your energy? Shouldn’t you have put this allergy in the right direction? Then why are you putting it here?  Who knows how great a rank it is to do the work of parents. It is a great blessing in the sight of Allah. Ask those who do not have parents that it is such a great rank.
