Bismillah Rahman Rahman Raheem Assalamu Alaikum friends, I hope you all are doing well.  In today’s Blog we will talk about endorphins.  We have a series going on How can we balance natural chemical imbalances naturally?  The purpose of this series of ours is actually to motivate people on how we can help without drugs.  Don’t think that medicine alone is everything.  These things they think won’t go away without medication.  There is nothing like that.  Man can do anything if he wants to do it.  So continuing the same series.  Our first neurotransmitter was serotonin.  Then there was dopamine.  Then there was oxytocin.  And today we will talk about endorphins.  What are endorphins?

Functions of Endorphins

 These are our natural pain healers.  Are pain relievers.  When we have any pain or suffering, it is natural that Allah has blessed us with such a blessing that the pain and suffering is reduced to a minimum.  It naturally helps us.  It is a complete system that works in our body. Or if you play cricket then you get a lot of happiness after playing cricket.  You get a thrill.  So, after some time after getting the size done, you will have a different feeling which will reduce your pain.  And you start having a lot of fun.  Similarly, when husband and wife have sex with each other, both endorphins are released.  And due to the release of endorphins, both feel more pleasure.  Enjoy a lot.  Endorphins reduce their pain.  If you talk about functions of endorphins.  Endorphins are natural pain relievers.  And secondly, they play a very important role in making us feel happy.  Brings excitement within us.  You reduce anxiety.  Reduces depression.  Reduces sadness.  Improves our sleep.  Improve our self esteem.  Panic attacks that people experience can be reduced if they release natural endorphins from their body.  The state of panic can be reduced.  Now, what happens if the level of endorphins in our body works or the natural release of endorphins decreases?  What do we feel when our endorphin levels are low?  Number 1 we feel anxiety a lot.  Depression will be very high.Our sleep will not be better.  Our self esteem will decrease.  We will start feeling a lot of pain in the body.  We will feel low energy.  Nothing will make us want to work.  This is a sign of its low level.  Now, what are the ways we can enhance these things without drugs?  These things can be enhanced.  Yes, there are ways.  Hardly anyone will tell you these things, but these are the things that I have taken an oath to tell and I try to do whatever I can for humanity.  The rest is your life.  I just want to tell you what you want.  And I’ll tell you hopefully people will act on it.  And those who act will win back their lives.  The first natural methods focus on sleep and diet, as do other neurotransmitters.  Similarly you have to fix on it.  But the best way to do this is exercise.  Exercise if you do it for thirty minutes to 45 minutes a day then you see that your body starts sweating.  Your body becomes much lighter.  Your depression begins to fade.  Your anxiety starts to improve.  You come to the current situation. Your brain fog decreases.  So thirty to forty minutes of exercise, one hour of exercise should be made by every person on a daily basis.  If he wants he has to stay fit in life.  And long life is genius.  So he has to make these things a part of his life.  Another thing is prayer.  Prayer plays a very important role on your chemicals.  Prayer is for Muslims.  Those who are non-Muslims should follow their faith by being a follower.  He can, see, when you talk about religion, religion gives you faith.  You see that even the biggest pain and suffering, when we do it with a belief, then our pain and suffering is reduced.  So religion is another name for belief.  When you do anything with confidence.  So that thing will fix you.  So prayer is for Muslims, reading prayer is very important.  It is very important to pray on time.  Go to the mosque and pray five times a day.  Those who are male and those who are female should arrange at home.  Of Namaz, Namaz saves you from many mental troubles.It will save you from many mental troubles.  And another thing that is very important.  That is recitation, by listening to recitation and by reciting, you will try and see that whatever pain you have will be reduced.  I have seen this thing done, when I have a headache, I recite Surah Rahman.  And in a soft voice I hear it.  So I am very relieved.  I get out of depression.  So listening to Surah Rahman is a great blessing of Allah Almighty for Muslims.

 Allah Ta’ala has given us these things which reduce our depression very much.  Those things will not help you in that way if you do not follow them with faith.  It’s about belief again.  It is a matter of belief.  There is one thing that is very important after dhikr and recitation.  Whenever you get time throughout the day, you must remember Allah once or twice.  After the prayer you mention.  But you must mention it.  Even if it’s just a little bit, it will both exercise you and make you feel a lot more relaxed.  And it will release endorphins in your body which will help you a lot.  One thing is movies, drama and these are the things that live inside us.  But watch good plays and good movies that are in a constructive way. But if they go wrong, they will lead us into addiction.  Porn addiction will lead to sex addiction.  So they will give us bad dopamine.  Now it is good to watch good dramas and good movies.  To an extent you can see.  But be in a constructive way, don’t be mean, don’t be mean.  Yours is very important because these things make you addicted.  So I rarely confess to these things.  But you can if you think I have self control.  And you’d think I’d only see it to an extent.  And to some extent I will introduce it in my life.  So if you talk about my favorite play, it is Carolos Osman.  Which is currently running which is a popular Turkish drama.  I see it.  And I am very much looking forward to it.  When will the next episode come out?  So anything that gives you entertainment, knowledge is very important.  Another good thing in your life is friends community that I am never against.  The only thing I am against is that you share your feelings with your friends. Or there is no friend in the world who can sit next to you.  And I can show you believe me.  No one is such a friend, not even you yourself.  To tell the truth.  Why do you meet your friends?  What do you think?  Are you thinking of going to meet them?  That I will meet my friends, we will talk about childhood, we will talk here and there.  They will talk about themselves.  Will hear your pain.  Or you will hear someone’s pain.  If you even heard someone’s pain, I believe you have a big heart.  You’ve heard it once, you’ve heard it twice, what happens among friends is that when we tell it to our friends, they start making fun of us.  No matter how close a friend they are.  He also has to create laughter.  He creates with a sense of laughter.  And then that thing hits you.  So it is better to meet friends and maintain a good community circle.  Maintain a circle in your family too.  But your mental condition, mental agony, I’m dead, I’m not, man, create such an environment that that environment heals you.  Not to get you into more trouble.  Make you more stressed.  So it’s up to you, I’m not against friendship.  I am against the idea that you go and tell all your friends about your mentality and condition. Halal sex is very important for a woman or a man.  And the biggest source of endorphins is exercise and sex.  Sex is also an exercise for husband and wife.  So when we talk about Halal sex, it is not possible without marriage.  People who have forbidden sex.  For them, marriage has no boundaries.  But those who want to have halal sex.  So it comes to marriage for them.  So marriage is very important.  Don’t think of marriage as a choice.  This is what your body needs.  If you will not consummate the marriage.  If you do not fulfill this requirement, your eating and drinking will also be disturbed.  I won’t have a heart either, you won’t sleep well either.  You won’t be able to put your heart into anything like this.  You will have a lot of depression, a lot of anxiety.  And to avoid too much depression and anxiety it is important to get married on time.  Get married  get married  I talk a lot about marriage because people are in so much pain.  Is in trouble.  Not getting married.  Everything is given by Allah, yet they are not getting married.  The heart is not working.  Why not?  When you do, then I will ask you.  So the man again falls into the cycle of the second and the third. Marriage is very important for both women and men.  Don’t ignore it.  And then it comes to meditation.  It is very important that you meditate twice a day on a daily basis.  When you get out of bed or when you wake up from sleep, meditate for five minutes.  And when you go to bed, do it for five minutes.  Meditate after waking up.  And do it for five minutes before going to bed.  It will help you a lot.  One thing is very important in diet.  Add them.  They are green chilies, red chilies, chilies and turmeric.

 These three things and a little bit of chocolate also improve your endorphin levels. You may have even seen an exercise.  Now you must have seen when we were young.  Our grandmother used to add turmeric to milk when we were tired or hurt.  So she used to put turmeric in milk and give it to our body as a pain killer.  And ease that pain.  She used to be very wise indeed.  His IQ level was very high.  She knew that turmeric also has a property that reduces our pain, so you should also include it in your routine.  By the way, all of us who live in Middle East Asia use red chilies and turmeric a lot.  But still you must start taking it on a daily basis.  And some people don’t use red pepper. Also use red chilies. This is also a very good and important resource.  These are the natural ways to boost your endorphins.  If you follow these things, you will, InshAllah, I hope Allah Almighty will give you health.  Will give health.  The thing is, if you keep sitting and thinking, you will keep worrying.  Brother, there is no such person in the world who will come and explain to you.  Will tell you  Nothing is going to happen but you have to make time for yourself.  And you have to fight all these things yourself.  And to come out.  Will take good care of you.  I will be remembered in prayers.  See you in another video with another topic.
